Semantic publishing tools

In this section we focus on methods, tools and workflows for harvesting, liberating, annotating, linking, and re-using of data from the literature.

BKH offers access to semantic publishing tools that ensure data from legacy (PDF) and prospective (XML) literature come together into a Linked Open Data pool to serve researchers and other users. 

In this section we will describe
a) the use of Plazi Workflow (based on the use of the GoldenGATE data extraction Platform) and
b) Pensofts ARPHA (Publishing Platform).
